2. Products and Specifications

We manufacture and supply electrical wires and cables. While we strive to ensure all product descriptions, specifications, and technical data provided on our website are accurate, they are subject to change without notice due to continuous product development. Standard manufacturing tolerances apply to all cable dimensions and electrical characteristics.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the products purchased are suitable for their intended application and comply with relevant local electrical codes and standards.

3. Quotations and Orders

All quotations provided by Shaniya Cables are valid for the period specified on the quote (typically 15 to 30 days) due to the fluctuating nature of raw material costs, particularly copper and aluminum. We reserve the right to revise quotes if material costs change significantly.

An order is only binding once we issue a formal order confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices exclude applicable taxes, duties, and shipping costs unless explicitly stated otherwise. Payment terms will be specified in the order confirmation or invoice. For new customers or large orders, an advance payment or letter of credit may be required before manufacturing commences.

5. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We will make every reasonable effort to meet stated delivery times but shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages caused by delivery delays.

Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier or upon collection from our facility, depending on the agreed shipping terms (Incoterms).

6. Limited Warranty and Liability

Shaniya Cables warrants that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. Our liability under this warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of the defective product, or a refund of the purchase price, at our sole discretion.

This warranty does not cover damages caused by improper installation, misuse, alteration, or normal wear and tear. IN NO EVENT SHALL SHANIYA CABLES BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE OUR PRODUCTS.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and technical documents, is the property of Shaniya Cables and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Governing Law
